Housing Rehabilitation Services offers several programs to assist income eligible Olathe Residents such as:

• 0% loan, no payments on major home repairs
• grants for emergency repairs such as roofs and sewer lines
• exterior paints (free paints, painters)
• handicap accessibility
• elderly homeowner assistance for home maintenance
