Teambuilding exercises are important to help people learn how to work in a team to achieve a common goal. The following teambuilding exercise only takes about 2 hours. The teambuilding exercise

Mission:

Your team have been allocated a high profile project for the Manhattan Development Trust which forms part of the New York Tourist Board. You are to form an XYZ Tourist Project Team who work for the New York Tourist Board. You will work as a team that has entered a competition for the International Tourism Award being run by the Ministry of Tourism.

The competition:

The competition requires that you design and produce the following:

1. A tourism brochure to promote the amenities and services that Manhattan has to offer
2. A model replica of Manhattan

The brochure of the Real Estate Development Trust must:

1. be at least 4 pages in length
2. be clear, easy to read, informative, appealing and attractive to the public
3. make best use of the information collected
4. be a final legible version needed no edits or changes

The model replica of Manhattan must be:

1. appropriately colored
2. three dimensional
3. realistic
4. as large as replica as possible
