Due diligence is a complicated process that has two parts to it. Below is a due diligence checklist to help you with the due diligence process of your business or a business you are evaluating. The first part of due diligence process is the data gathering part which you will need the due diligence check list below. The second part of due diligence process is the interpretation part.
